Rosalia reaches another milestone as construction commences
If you’ve been following the progress of this gorgeous Gisborne community to-be, you’ll be pleased to hear that construction is now underway!
The construction area for Stages 1 and 2 was recently established, meaning we’ve completed tasks such as site preparation – including temporary fencing and installation of site offices – initial surveying and traffic management.
Bulk earthworks are now progressing, so the first roads and lots are starting to be formed.
