Construction Update: September 2026
Construction activity continued at Rosalia throughout September, with strong progress recorded across several stages as works advance across the community.
In Stage 3, road base construction is progressing well and is now nearing completion. Kerb and channel works are also approaching completion, with asphalting scheduled to commence shortly.
Stage 4 has now reached a number of key milestones, with topsoiling, footpath and crossover works, and allotment grading all completed as the stage continues towards completion.
At Stage 5, drainage and water reticulation works have now been completed. Road base construction is underway and progressing well, while kerb and channel works are expected to commence shortly.
Within the wetlands precinct (WQ1), landscaping works have commenced and are progressing well, further enhancing this important community feature.
Stage 6A has also continued to advance, with topsoil stripping, bulk earthworks, and drainage and reticulation works now complete. Road boxing has commenced as the stage moves into its next phase of construction.
