Construction Update: September 2025
It’s been another exciting month at Rosalia, with steady progress across all stages of construction and numerous milestones that are bringing our community to life.
Stage 1
Kerb and channel works are nearing completion, while subgrade placement has progressed smoothly, with the base pavement layer and crushed rock infill now in place for the roads. Looking ahead, electrical installation is set to commence in early October.
Stage 2
Water reticulation installation has been completed, marking a significant milestone. Subgrade placement of the roads has now begun and electrical installation is set to commence in early October.
Wetlands
Bulk earthworks remain at 75% complete, with clay liner installation, drainage reticulation and rock works to the sediment pond underway. The wetlands will become a key natural feature for the community once complete.
Stage 3
In exciting news, Stage 3 construction is scheduled to commence in October, with works preparing to get underway soon.
