Construction Update: October 2025
We’re pleased to share the latest construction progress for October 2025. Significant milestones have been achieved, bringing us one step closer to a vibrant new community.
Stage 1
Since the last update, construction of the kerb and channel, installation of electrical cables and construction of the roads with asphalt having recently been laid.
Stage 2
Subgrade placement works for the road has been completed, along with installation of electrical cables. While footpath and crossover construction is expected to commence in November.
Stage 3
In exciting news, earthworks within Stage 3 has commenced!
Wetlands
Bulk earthworks have progressed to 80% completion, with clay liner installation, drainage reticulation and rock work to the sediment pond complete.
