Construction Update: November 2025
It’s been another productive month at Rosalia, Gisborne, with construction activity continuing across multiple stages and the community quickly taking shape.
Stages 1 & 2
Footpath and crossover works are progressing well, marking another important milestone for this stage. Topsoiling for lots will commence shortly as we move closer to completion, which is anticipated in early 2026.
Stage 3
Bulk earthworks are nearing completion, with sewer and stormwater drainage works scheduled to commence once earthworks are finalised.
Stage 4
Stage 4 construction has commenced, with bulk earthworks progressing well and nearing completion. Sewer and drainage works are set to begin shortly. This exciting new release will be available in 2026!
Wetlands
Bulk earthworks are continuing steadily, further shaping what will soon become a key natural feature of the community.
