Construction Update: March 2026

It’s been another busy month at Rosalia, Gisborne, with significant progress as early stages 1 & 2 move closer to statement of compliance and titles.

Construction is well underway, as more stages are progressing ahead, we look forward to first residents being able to access their lots, as this vibrant community comes to life!

Stages 1 & 2

Statement of compliance is anticipated to be received in early March 2026, with titles and settlements to follow shortly after, marking an exciting milestone that brings our purchasers one step closer to calling the community home.

 

Stages 3 & 4

Sewer installation is now complete, and drainage works are progressing well on site. Watermain works for stage 4 to commence in early March.

 

Wetlands

Drainage is nearing completion, with clay liner works and the concrete base now finished. Rock Works recently commenced in late February 2026.

 

Rosalia offers a wide range of lot sizes are now available (504m² – 2027m²), supported by house and land packages from $855,000 to $1,620,000, all within close proximity to the future childcare, public open spaces, and the proposed local convenience centre.
