Construction Update: June 2026
Throughout June, construction at Rosalia, Gisborne continued to progress well, with key milestones achieved across multiple stages and community infrastructure taking further shape.
In Stage 3, road boxing works were completed and road base construction commenced, marking another important step forward as the stage continues to develop.
Stage 4 made significant progress throughout the month, with footpath and crossover construction commencing and nearing completion by the end of June. Topsoiling works are scheduled to commence shortly as the stage moves closer to completion.
Works also advanced steadily in Stage 5, where sewer installation was completed and drainage works commenced.
Within the wetlands (WQ1), rockwork was completed, while the shared concrete path and topsoiling works both progressed significantly and are now nearing completion. Landscaping is expected to commence following completion of the remaining civil works.
Looking ahead, we’re excited to share that Stage 6A is scheduled to commence construction soon, marking the next chapter in Rosalia’s growth.
