Construction Update: June 2025
We are pleased to bring you the latest Construction Update for Rosalia, Gisborne. It’s been a fantastic month, with plenty of progress happening around the future community.
In Stage 1, sewer works were completed, and drainage installation has made significant progress. Water reticulation works are scheduled to commence in early July.
In Stage 2, sewer works were also completed, and drainage installation is currently underway and progressing well.
At the Wetlands, bulk earthworks have continued throughout the month, as we prepare the area for its future transformation into a vibrant natural feature in the community.
