Construction Update: July 2026

Throughout July, construction activity continued across multiple stages at Rosalia, with important progress made on civil works, earthworks and site preparation as the community continues to grow.

In Stage 3, road base construction commenced, marking another key milestone in the delivery of the stage. Looking ahead, kerb and channel works are scheduled to commence in early August.

Stage 4 progressed well throughout the month, with footpath and crossover works now complete. Topsoiling works commenced and are nearing completion, while allotment grading has also begun, bringing the stage closer to completion.

In Stage 5, drainage works are nearing completion, while water reticulation works commenced during July as essential service infrastructure continues to be delivered.

Within the wetlands (WQ1), preparations are underway for the next phase of works, with landscaping scheduled to commence in late August.

Construction has also progressed in Stage 6A, where topsoil stripping has been completed and bulk earthworks are well advanced and nearing completion.

We’re also excited to share that Rosalia’s new Sales Office is opening soon, providing an enhanced experience for purchasers and visitors looking to explore the community and available opportunities.
