We’re excited to share that Rosalia continues to take shape, with significant milestones achieved across all stages of our development.
In Stage 1, drainage services are now fully installed, and water reticulation work has commenced, marking a significant step forward in preparing the community for its first homes. Electrical works are scheduled to begin later this month.
In Stage 2, drainage has been completed, and we are gearing up to start water reticulation works in the coming weeks.
In the future Wetlands, bulk earthworks are now 75% complete.
