Construction Update: December 2025
It’s been another busy month at Rosalia, Gisborne, with significant progress across multiple stages as we move closer to delivering a vibrant community.
As 2025 comes to an end, we’re proud to reflect on a big year for Rosalia. From early works to major milestones, the transformation of this community is well underway, and we’re excited for what’s ahead in 2026.
Stages 1 & 2
Footpath and driveway crossover works are nearing completion, marking a significant milestone for these Stages. Topsoiling of nature strips has commenced, with topsoiling of lots scheduled to begin in early 2026.
Stages 3 & 4
Bulk earthworks has been completed across both stags. Sewer installation has commenced in Stage 3, with drainage works progressing in both stages. The new year will see further advancement of these services as we move toward the next construction milestones.
Wetlands
Bulk earthworks are continuing steadily, further shaping what will soon become a key natural feature of the community.
