Construction Update: August 2026
Construction activity continued to progress across multiple stages at Rosalia throughout August, with several key milestones achieved as the community continues to take shape.
In Stage 3, road base construction is now underway, with kerb and channel works commencing in late August.
Stage 4 has advanced significantly, with topsoiling, footpath and crossover works, and allotment grading now complete. Clean-up and incidental works are nearing completion as the stage enters its final phase.
In Stage 5, drainage works and water reticulation have now been completed, while road base construction has commenced.
Progress has also continued within the wetlands precinct (WQ1), with landscaping works nearing completion, while Stage 6A has reached several important milestones, including the completion of topsoil stripping, bulk earthworks and sewerage reticulation. Drainage works are also nearing completion.
