Construction Update: August 2025
It’s been a busy month of construction at Rosalia, with major milestones bringing roads and infrastructure to life.
Stage 1 water reticulation is nearing completion and installation of agricultural drainage has since begun. This part of our community is coming together quickly with kerb construction now underway too.
Over in Stage 2, road boxing was recently completed. The next phase of construction has kicked off, with water reticulation, road crossings, and agricultural drainage installation all now commenced.
The Wetlands construction was briefly paused during the month due to wet weather but works have since recommenced.
