It’s been another milestone month at Rosalia, Gisborne, with exciting progress across the development as the community continues to grow.
With Titles for Stages 1 & 2 now registered and settlements complete, we’re proud to celebrate a major milestone for our first purchasers, who are now beginning the exciting journey of building their new homes.
In Stage 3 drainage works are progressing well on site, with watermain works set to commence shortly.
In Stage 4 works are advancing, with drainage nearing completion and watermain works now complete. Road base construction has commenced, and kerb and channel works are also underway and nearing completion.
In the Wetlands, drainage is now complete, with rock works continuing to progress on site.
